It's not a very elegant solution but you could try fixing it to the bars via the raised up bit with cable ties or some other some other hack? I think on a 52 frame your head tube might be short enough to make it work.
Or you could use one of these brake adapters just as a mounting point?
They're expensive for what they are tho, like around 10,000 yen level

... So my Kashima saddle needs a re-cover.. Gonna look into using the material with print for refinishing. Dug out sumthin sumthin to carry a 6pack if I get thirsty.... Any ideas how to mount to an undrilled brake bridge front fork?
