One of the best gigs I've ever been to was seeing Steely Dan do Countdown To Ecstasy all the way through at the Beacon Theatre in NYC.
Was front and centre at Blue Note the next night seeing Chick Corea with Kenny Garrett, Marcus Miller, Mike Stern, Brian Blade and Wallace Roney (playing Miles Davis' trumpet).
Epic weekend.
