• It's not a bike, it's a sunk-cost fallacy. Last summer I wanted to put together a new kid carrier. A large step through bike that would still be fun to ride. I couldn't find what I wanted so I got a decent deal on a 2023 Marin Kentfield ST (specs below) and ditched the forks, wheels, and grouipset. I replaced the forks with some Exotic Carbon 29er forks, which due to the ridiculously long headtube, necessitated a shorter stack stem. I replaced the wheels with Shimano MT600 and added some Goodyear Connector tyres. And that's it. It's sat in my shed ever since and I've decided that the whole project isn't going to work out. So I'd like to sell it here, as a rolling chassis bundle. This bike is new and parts are new, and have done 0.0 kms.

I refuse to stoop to the level of putting an RRP for every component, but I'lm asking £450 all in, and I think that's a bit of a bargain.

Included is everything you see pictured below (except the disc rotors):

    • Kentfield frame, plus stock seatpost and saddle
    • Stock headset and a low stack DMR Defy 50 stem
    • Exotic carbon 29er Fork (no starnut installed/included)
    • ControlTech carbon handlebars
    • Shimano MT600 Wheelset, Goodyear Connector 700x50c Tyres (can be set up tubeless, I didn't bother)

    Collection from E10.

More photos later, feel free to PM me any questions. Pardon any typos.
