Space has heat problems, plus huge amounts of kinetic and explosive chemical energy. Pressure is only a minor problem.
Deep water transit up/down is relatively easy (use ballast to go down, dump ballast to go back up), but pressure is a huge problem.
Yeah but at least you can get out and push.
