My datapoints...
TMS on R4LW is almost instant
Sky via a dish is a couple of seconds behind
Sky via Virgin Cable or Internet (to a Sky box) is a few seconds behind.
TMS on DAB (either R4LW or R5SX) is usually about 30 seconds behind
TMS via R5SX via Amazon Alexa is usually about 40 seconds behind
TMS on BBC Website or BBC Sounds can be up to a minute behind
Sky via NowTV over the Internet is about a minute behind.
