Looking at the frames you've mentioned, of which I've owned a Mr Pink, a Pacer, and an Equilibrium, I would say 32mm max on all of them, pink n pacer will take 35mm, but the limiting factor is the caliper, won't leave much breathing space.
As has been suggested by others, if you want to go bigger than 32mm get a cx frameset.
If you're about 5' 8" tall/short buy my Varonha (geo loosely based on my Mr Pink), it'll take 38mm+ tyres ;)
