Given that spray stuff was banned, I would suggest this is probably in the same bracket. Not even sure he can tape it?

Google says he can use skin colour tape but not white tape.

I'm thinking a clear coating put on in the dressing room. Umpire doesn't need to know. A thin DIY or surgical product which has the same grip as skin. He probably wouldn't want tape because it would change the feel.

There must be some sort of coating which would sort out Mo's finger for a few overs. Get in the labs, people.
