Conditions are quite different, ball moving more and wicket will be worn, tiredness comes in too, but IMHO 281 isn't a very difficult total to chase. It could yet be problematic but it's not a huge total.

Pitch deterioration, tired players, increased mental pressure...

281 has only been chased once in 55 Tests at Edgbaston over 120 years. 4th innings batting is often pretty hard.
