ikea besta 2x600 wide units
Do you have experience of Ikea Besta stuff?
Basically can I take this triple and remove one unit easily, or will it be a hassle, and I should hold out for a double?

The triples are a double and a single. Hence the measurements showing a 120 and a 60.

The actual units will be a 600 single screwed to a 1200 wide double. The wood (cheap) tops are separate across the 1200 and 600 piece, but that listing implies an 1800mm glass top.
Normally (and per the diagram in their listing, the 600mm unit is just tacked on the end, but that looks as though they’ve added a ‘seamless’ top, which wouldnt’ be an issue for you if you intend to dispose and use a different top anyway.

Appreciate you will have probably thought of this but - ikea besta 2x600 wide units - could be worth considering tand making custom doors and top in veneered ply ? Will be some fiddling around doing some scribes / shadow gaps and skirt or plinth tho.
