I've tried making humous, but never managed to get it better than sabra... Tips?!
You need to skin your chickpeas before blending them... that's why shop bought is always lumpy... I guess Sabra do it the right way.
I think I remember reading somewhere that if you use chickpea flour you get super smooth humous.
