Is changing the seat tube sleeve a shop job?
Not sbbohr but it’s not a difficult task, just takes time and stuff most cyclists are unlikely to have (big reamer/drill bit to chew out the old plastic sleeve).
Cheers, shop it is then, when I get round to booking it in.
Turn the seatpost upside down and tap out the old sleeve with the bottom flared section!
It’s not “difficult” but you need to know what your doing, have the right tools, know what to check for etc.. same as most mechanical jobs I guess
