I'll have to see if I can use a carpark near work one evening to practice. A while away from stairs though I think!
Back at ardwick today, started trying that cornering thing where it is an outside push of outer foot, but inside pull of inner foot, like a step over of sorts. It probably has a proper tevhnique name.
Also had a proper arse heavy fall whilst doing some straight line balance messing, impact on butt & being skinny I felt it everywhere even rattling my brain. Glad I had wrist guards on as my left hand was second to hit floor hard too. It wasn't as bad as the thought of falling had been though, so a good thing to get out the way.
Didn't record much, just a short bubble clip again
@rhb great stuff, skating outside takes time, I always have a mini panic stepping off the kerb or traversing surface changes.
If you can find an underground car park, they tend to have polished concrete surface which is amazing for practice. Sammy had us going up and down stairs too. I suppose it all builds up confidence
