I suspect when people are in the office tomorrow, everything will happen, and then at some point in the next few days you will have one...
I also suspect it is the same mechanism they use to identify and bill you for the 'hire service' which I have used, and it took me about 24-48 hours to get it to work properly.

Possibly the wrong thread for this, but does anyone have any experience with the long-term hire of a Brompton?
I signed up for this and completed 2/3 pages of the form before getting distracted by cooking tea or something else child-related.
I later saw that I'd received a confirmation email that my order was successful (which for some reason came from a @weareherd.co.uk email) but I've not had payment taken or heard anything further.
