Can your neighbour add you to their policy? When I did that with a friend it was £10 for the rest of the policy duration.

That would probably be ideal but I'm trying not to stress her out too much whilst she's on a much needed holiday. If I can just sort it out myself without spending loads of money that'd be ideal. It also needs sorting for first thing tomorrow and it's the middle of the night where she is so we might have missed the boat on that one!

Any suggestions for cheap temporary car insurance? I literally only need it for 1 day and can't seem to find anything less than £50. My neighbour had her car window put in whilst she's away on holiday so I've offered to drop it at Autoglass for her.
