The bad news is that the steerer was few mm too small but the good news is that Thm use a weird system. The original "expander" (thtat dont expand) is screwd inside the threaded streerer tube
So I took advantage of that to make myself a steerer extension
First the thread
obviously it's not that simple because, as you can see, the hole and thread of the steerer is not centered. The extension part needed to be excentric
I'm a genius or very lucky because the fit is perfect.
Then I shaved down the extra millimeters. you can see the frame and probably the saddle and seatpost
Yes the fork fit is awfull but does it really matter
After I wanted to have the right lever on the frame
And then. Still need some finishing but you have the idea
