we're buying as house that has an old back boiler fitted.
I'd like to move away from gas and get an air source heat pump, can I upgrade to this system bit by bit, or do I need to rip everything out at once and put in new floors/windows/radiators at the same time?
I can't really afford that yet, so I guess I should buy a new combi boiler instead first while I save up the cash....
