Does anyone have a spare bolt that holds the bracket in the centre of the rear mudguard that secures the stays?
Only need the one as I need to replace the mudguard blade but one of the bolts has ground down when whipping the rear wheel under.
Cheers

I'm a big fan of his videos.
Me also, they seem like a really sweet family and love watching them ride around NY.

Did you have to change any of the cabling?
How tall are you for point reference, please?
I have a flat bar but changed to a flat swept-back pair which is a little better.
I found the Brompton flats too narrow and it started to play with my shoulders. -

Did you have to change any of the cabling?
Yes, from the product description:
- When fitted to an S type stem the height position is the slightly above an M type. – Use H type cables.
- When fitted to an M/H type stem the height is lowered by 30mm. – Use original cables.
How tall are you for point reference, please?
6'4" / 193cm

I found the Brompton flats too narrow and it started to play with my shoulders. These bars plus the ergon bar grips/ends are great; I use the bar ends loads. These bars also have a small amount of sweep too.

I don't really feel the flex of the bars, the brake levers are proper shit though. I'll change them and most likely going to install a set of ergonomic grips while at it.

This is incorrect, the Kuosac bar is designed to fit an s type and exactly match the m type height.
This description has been changed since I wrote it, mid rise bar on S type stem = M type cables.

Are you selling? I've just started to look for one...

Also after advice on sizing. I'll be hopefully sharing it with my wife of 5'1" and me 6'2". Mid bars or flat?

Advice needed please.
I've put on wider flat bars but not sure on the right side of the neck as when I go to fold it .
It doesn’t secure . -

Is changing the seat tube sleeve a shop job?
-
• #13699
Not quite the same, but I'm 6'3" and like my mid bars for a middle-of-the-road setup (bars level with seat), my partner is 5'6" and likes their mid bars for a sit-up-and-beg setup (bars higher than seat). If you wanted a racier setup & your partner wanted a middle-of-the-road setup you could probably go flat bars?

Great, ta, that's sort of where I'd got to. I'm going to see if there's one locally we can try out.
Swapped my flat bars out for some JK mid-rise; would really recommend for other tall people much more comfortable.
I do note the product description says.
"If fitting to a Brompton that does NOT have a rear rack / larger easy wheels, you will most likely need to trim these down a little so they do not hit the floor when folding."
Which is probably why my fold isnt really effected
