BromptonFamilyTime
on tubeface and his review may also help. I'm a big fan of his videos. In his most recent he discussed his child's helmet now hitting his chin so there is a limit to how long these can be used. -

That reminds me, I have one of these seats I should probably sell. However, they are eye-wateringly expensive, and I probably only used it 3 times.. so I'm not sure if that counts as a recommendation!

Having used my A Line for roughly 2 weeks now, I can safely say this was a good purchase, and I should have bought a Brompton at least 2 years ago. It's a great bike, it's surprisingly fast and light enough to carry around. Although on the website it was advertised with mid bars, I'm pretty sure I got the high risers as they are 13 cm tall. I might swap these for some Chinese titanium ones...
Also, my Litepro eazy wheels have just arrived and it's ridiculous how much better they are compared to the stock rollers. -

Yep ta - will book it in - remind me of the recommended headset / bb upgrades - may as well get those done

The S stem is steeper, so the little
Human is raked forward like they are about to fall out the front of the seat -

Bugger.
Thanks for the insight. -

A-line is a bit too flexy for my liking, it's not only the bars, it's even the brakes.
Making a few swaps on my pre-2017s to make it bit more S type and will report back.
Agreed Brompton stock rollers are a joke, double joke as you can't get the Ezy wheels as an option on their bike builder. Bloody clowns!

Brake levers are complete crap.

• #13667
The latest are the best upgrade even on single point brakes IMO
-
• #13668
Yes, tested those on a mk1 too.. h+h/MiniMODs do a nicer aftermarket one, but Paul short levers will always be the best

What are these stem mounted seats like to ride?
I've just been looking at those on another cycling forum for someone who needs to transport her 3-legged dog. Apparently, that arrangement will fold with the bike.
