Would you say the geo chart is accurate? Seems to suggest id be better off with the 55 at 180cm.

I never believe the recommended rider heights. I'm 185cm tall and it's slightly on the short side for me, but I am all arms and legs. If it would help to have any other measurements or photos with the saddle at a certain height just let me know.

Yeah fair. I'm a 34.5" inseam. My AWOL is 82cm standover, top tube is 58, but run a 70mm stem due to the angles etc.
Looks like it might work out for me, if you can just confirm the standover and TT.

Now moved to eBay.
I was looking for a Kinesis Granfondo V3 frameset for quite a while due to the Di2 compatibility and wider tyre clearance (30mm), but reluctantly have to admit it’s just not being ridden so it’s up for sale. Like a lot of these frames this one cracked around the BB internal cable routing, but has been repaired to a high standard (double passes). If you’re after a V3 Granfondo, I’d say buy one already repaired or be prepared to get it sorted. Presumably the internal cable routing wasn’t the best idea.
It's peak rim brake before things moved to discs and is a lovely all day mile-muncher. Geometry can been see here, and any questions just let me know. More photos here, including the repair..
