They responded saying they'd up my dayrate if I worked inside IR35 ('Due to the nature of this particular project it has to be inside'). Have emailed accountant but would just as soon turn it down than incorporate for this project alone (unless it's 3 grand a day or something).
If you're rolling from one project straight into another that's one of the main reasons for falling inside ir35. Even if you're not incorporated they can still be on the hook for disguised employment. That's why all the agencies I know binned off sole traders for simplicity.
