For me what put it in the antiporn category is:
- road-bike-to-single-speed conversion via bolt-on track ends
- barely hanging in there saddle, pretty sure front of the the clamp is past limit marks on the rails
- core sampling bars
But I must admit, I also have a good bit of respect for the rider for putting the money where it really matters — tires are over 60 bucks a pop and really good front brake.

I don't see what's so bad about it, looks like a perfect beater except for the lack of rear brake
