Selling my Kvant frame set with original headset

Kvant was designed in 1987 to be the simplified version of legendary Takhion model. First version (like mine, serial #002) is technically a takhion temp with Columbus SL tubes, Italian threaded bottom bracket and 27.2 seat post diameter, difference is in lugs. Later versions had different color scheme and cheap Soviet tubes instead of Columbus. This kvant is more rare than takhion

25 is working, I think 28 is only working on the front, maybe at the rear if you put the wheel as far back as possible
