Maybe? Drill two holes right through the seat tube and seat post above the point where the seat stays join, parallel to the bottom bracket. Put a couple of bolts through the seat tube and seat post to hold the seat post in place.
My plan is to make a collar/seatpost clamp on the seatpost.
