If it were me, and it depends on the weather, I'd go to Interlaken and do the Grosse Scheidegg.

If you can get yourself as far as Biel (also worth a visit) the Taubenloch is really lovely. Not a hard trail by any stretch though, if that’s what you’re after.

I have a day off work with my bike in Switzerland coming up. I’m based in Basel but willing to travel. Where should I head to? Last year I went to Andermatt and did 3 mountains there.
The Vosges mountains or the Black Forest have loads of good riding. Planche des Belles Filles is a good climb. For something a little more left-field, head over to Davos, embrace your inner oligarch, and do a loop through Zernez with the Fluellapass and the Albulapass.
