Not bad. If you find it very leaky and difficult to manage temps look for BBQ gaskets for the lid and other moving parts to keep a sensible air seal.
It actually seems to hold a really steady temp at about 150c, there are some vents to turn it up if needed.
I did some ribs and potatoes this afternoon, 3 hours smoking then 30 mins basted in sticky sauce, for only the second run they came out really well.
