Depends where you go, I have hexlox on the front wheel, if I'm just popping in the shop I dlock the back wheel and take the little speedometer off. If I go into a shop and I'm by the door and can see the bike I just use the wheel lock and take off the speedometer butif I'm leaving the bike for a longer period I dlock, chain and take the battery off.
Unfortunately not many places have good facilities to lock up a cargo bike so you have to way up practicality with security, just get insurance and be as safe as you feel comfortable with.
As someone quite new to e-cargo bike ownership, what do I need to know about locking it up?
I've made a few trips but not yet any that have involved me leaving it behind.
Thinking D-lock, chain lock and rim lock.
Remove the battery as well?
