Na, after 6pm probably won't make it a fun trip.

It wasn't very fun, though I enjoyed some bits.
Picked up my first cargo bike.
-Wembley to Beckenham
-Was my first time on a bike like this.
-The bike hadn't been used in a million year, zero lubrication, squeaky / rubbing brakes.
-The electric rear wheel isn't working (some bits are missing).
-I was carrying tools, a D lock (just in case) and my Brompton.
-Crystal f***king Palace.

Took me over 3.5 hours. But I'm happy and hope the kids will be too!

Hub motor setups seem pretty easy to fix. I bought a bike in a similar state. New battery, display and some wiring and good as new on the ebike side.

That's encouraging, thanks.
Will re instate the original non electric wheel to start with (which was provided with the bike) then investigate.
Definitively would have benefited a granny great last night, but I guess I can't get a front derailleur for a triple on that fat tube...
