This version can only provide 500mA. Most USB charger are 1A, hence not sure your phone or GPS will charge at this power. But has a very small cache battery to avoid stopping charge in traffic light.

this version allows to go 1A to 1.5A for 20€ more.

But this has no a buffer battery! And it is recommended to have one (i.e. charge the buffer battery and then use it to charge the device).

"The plug" exist in several versions, with or without buffer battery.

Alternatively

AXA used to have the "AXA Luxx 70 Plus Steady Auto 939876" which had an integrated USB charger, but not produced any more. Maybe you can source it somewhere.

Same for the Busch & Müller Lumotec IQ2 Luxos U

Spanninga nomad...only available here apparently! Only 500mA, but ok to charge a buffer battery and 40 lux which is just ok... but 40€
