My 2013 leaf has 9 bars left of the original 12. 90ish k miles. IMO battery deterioration is a non-issue with the UK climate.

I had a Tesla 3 as a rental for the weekend. Terrific power train but the rest of the car was awful. Twitchy, crashy suspension and so loud. The interface to do anything is borderline dangerous IMO. I got about 185 miles out of the advertised 250 and was impressed with the swiftness of the paid chargers.

Apart from those who happily live here! :)
Milton Keynes that is... I run a Mitsubishi i-miev here. Does everything I need. For longer trips I rent an ICE car, only needed twice last year. Charging point on the garage wall. Enough charge to comfortaby enjoy all the delights of MK.

It was so long ago I can't remember why you choose this and not another Zoe?

Yeah. Zoe was red too though this one is slightly darker.

Chose this for two reasons:

1. It had much quicker delivery times than Zoe (lol) - they promised November originally...
   
2. It was the same monthly cost as the Zoe but has a 33% bigger battery and I generally more spacious
   
   

It is surprisingly nice. Interior is solid, drives nicely. It's bigger than I expected (fnar) but happy with it.

MG4. 5 is the estate car.

That's the one. We were looking at getting a 4 last year but they hadn't had the first shipment of them and the only one in the country to see in person was in a London store. Looked really good though especially for the money

There's blue and orange ones I've seen around, really great colours.

They're definitely bright. Not sure I could own one in either colour but I like seeing them around.

So far I'd recommend them for the money. This is a company lease scheme one but I've seen some deals at 0% with a 30% deposit.

What’s with the crab claws on the boot? Are they factory fit?

The suspension isn’t great as to the rest if you only got 185 miles from a full charge you may have been going faster than you think.

Did 110 miles in mine yesterday, returning with 48%. Not bad as most of it was motorway.

Quieter and better over bumps than the Tesla which is awkward...
