Only beef with the Canyon setup is the stock seat, the Selle Italia model X has this sticky texture which makes it harder to settle back into position after a CX remount. Otherwise bike is so good and gravel bikes are for suckers

Last year, it says all payment and taxes included in the price in their T&C's

On a similar line anyone made the journey to pick up and reclaim VAT, before leaving the EU?

All the taxes / duties must have been included in the price as I didn't pay anything additional in Feb.

Finally finished my SLX and took it out for a spin yesterday. Completely different beast to my SL, probably because this is a size up and arguably fits me better - and the carbon cockpit kills a lot of vibration too.

Has anyone had any luck with canyon's guarantee? Bike's rear end went all floppy whilst out on Sunday and it turns out one of the seatstay sheared whilst being ridden. Any tips?

I have, back in 2017. Phone and live chat both got me through to people at Canyon UK who wanted to help. Phone often rang without being answered, though, so perhaps chat is best?

Does anyone know the bolt size for the GPS mounts on underneath of the H31 cockpit?

I bought the wahoo proprietary mount and the cheeky sods didn't include bolts 😓
