• Been slacking on this for a while, due to being busy with work, stress, rental house renovations etc.

    Feeling fairly strong and not too chubby, but would like to go into July a bit leaner and a fair bit lighter.

    Got a wedding on 1st July so giving myself 4 weeks to make (hopefully) massive progress.

    Daily updates and grumbles about being hungry and moody to be expected.
