It will probably only work with a guitar cable plugged in to the input - try that maybe?
If the power and an input cable is connected and it won’t switch on then sounds like there could be a problem with either the pedal or the power supply. You might have to troubleshoot it a bit (eg trying another power supply).
Also do check the manual for how to operate it exactly because loopers can be a little unusual. It might be that you have to hold the pedal switch down to record a loop (although usually it’s one tap to start recording and one tap to stop, and start the loop - so if you’re tapping the switch with nothing being played on the guitar it might just be looping silence).
Yes, the power supply is connected and the right one. It worked the other day (I wasn't there but apparently it was problematic to get the led to light) but now nothing.
Maybe a dodgy power unit?
