2018 Bowman Palace:R size 54cm (mechanical, rim brake)

For Sale is my beloved 2018 Bowman Palace:R in size 54cm (mechanical, rim brake). This is the 2nd generation in rim brake form. This bike is super agile and light (current build is 7.7kG…aluminium frame), and received superb reviews when launched.

I bought the frameset brand new and still have the original registration card. Only selling due to space for bikes and doing more off road riding (gravel) as I have got old (and commuting less).

The bike was first ridden on the road 2020 as a commuter, then Covid hit. Since around late 2021 it was then used again mainly as commuter once or twice a week and as a winter bike, with I would say estimated 10,000km ridden and a few turbo miles too.

This spring, it has had all new cables fitted too so is ready to ride.

-Palace:r Gen 2 alloy frame mechanical
-Giant SLR1 30mm carbon clinchers, 28mm GP 5000 tyres - have the tubeless valves, original skewers and paperwork for these and a spare front and rear rim too included in sale.
-Shimano Ultegra R8000 groupset (full). 52/36 chainset, 11-30 cassette at the rear, crank length 170mm
-Fizik Cyrano 00 carbon seatpost 27.2mm
-Fizik Cyrano 00 carbon bars - 400mm
-Fizik R1 alloy stem 110mm +/- 7 deg rise
-Fizik Antares R5 K:ium saddle (new April 2022)
-Tatelabs Barfly Garmin mount (included in sale)

Condition
Some bits to be aware of:
-A few marks from the rub of 28mm winter tyres (see photos as best as I could, can send more but not visible with wheels on)
-Small scratch and tiny ding on top tube from storage
-Slight rub on front brake from bar bag use.
-Small rub on drive side crank arm
-Minor marks from cable rub as pictured on top tube

Absolutely no cracks or damage anywhere otherwise. The bike has never been crashed. It is cleaned down/washed after each winter ride and fettled constantly to ensure smooth running.

I have a matching 4iii power metre R8000 crank 170mm long which I can also include for an extra £150, otherwise the bike will be supplied with standard 170mm Ultegra crank.

I can supply chassis number on request.
