Diwana on Drummond Street don't do a buffet any more but pointed me to Chutney's which they said is their sister restaurant.
I went yesterday as part of my "places I need to eat again before I move out of London" and I really don't think there's anywhere in London where you can eat better for under £10.
(If there is, I'd be really keen to hear about it, especially if it's a vegetarian buffet).
