Ha everything I've read says it's great but how much of that is influenced reviewers. However, the 8 hr battery is just not good enough for the rides I do so cash will be staying in the pocket.

I have one, it's great. Where did you get 8 hours from? I've done 12 hour rides without a charge several times using the map and routing.

Most reviews say it's great but realistically battery can only be relied on for 8hrs.
