I’m too bad a sleeper to wear the boot. Mine was a more lo-fi version of this, basically just two connected loops. Beautifully simple.
Spiky ball under the foot every time I sat down, stretching and a contraption that kept my foot at 90 degrees while sleeping - that sorted out my PF.
Have been able to stop its return by getting another condition which means I can’t run at all anymore. So there’s a result.
