Ha everything I've read says it's great but how much of that is influenced reviewers. However, the 8 hr battery is just not good enough for the rides I do so cash will be staying in the pocket.

I like mine and it’s a good deal at that price. The other bonus is that it hasn’t suddenly died on me in contrast to my Garmin 800, 1000 and inreach mini

I have one, it's great. Where did you get 8 hours from? I've done 12 hour rides without a charge several times using the map and routing.
