This happened to me last year. I had a women's gilet listed and had some guy buy it. He got the item, realised it was women's and then forced me to pay for a return even though it was listed correctly. I ended up complaining to eBay and they refunded the postage and gave me £15 in credit to say sorry. Might be worth dropping them an email?
Rant: I sold some shifters on eBay. After posting, it became clear that the buyer didn't look at the description or photos. The buyer asks to return the shifters (the listing was returns not accepted), I reject. eBay sides with the buyer and I have to cover 2x postage costs; such a waste of time.
