I was going to say Baltic. I had a hands-on with the silver dial MR-01 a couple of days ago and I liked it more than I was expecting to.
The Yema Urban Field is over budget unfortunately.
Paulin Neo would fit the bill but they're constantly out of stock.
PRX is a lot of bang for the buck.
Seiko are Seiko, you either dig them or you don't, but the Ruby colourway of the Style 60s Presage is one of my favourite sub-£500 watches.

That and the SKX-style GMTs.
And combining the Style 60s design with the GMT movement has spawned a really nice watch IMO, not seen it IRL yet though.
