1970s R531, 58ctc from memory, 5 speed/120mm rear so easily converted to fixed/ss if needed, currently 1x5 set-up, was built for 27" rims, now sporting long drop calipers for 700c wheels, meaning it can accept large-ish tyres and mudguards. Nice paint and lug lining. Shall take more pics soon. £100 plus change for a couple of pints in the ^ mentioned pub. I'll replace QRs though.

My god son is now old enough to be pushed towards the light and discover steel is real.
Looking for a Reynolds 531 (or similar) frame or complete bike which would be suitable for a first road bike. Something which can be left outside a pub (in a few years time), but also could do some touring with some tinkering.
