Thread tpi of a Vitus seatpost grubscrew

bit of a long shot but would anyone know the thread size of a Vitus 979 seatpost grubscrew. My early model has developed a crack near the seatpost clamp bolt (apparently a common fault) and was thinking of drilling a grubscrew bolt like the later versions have? cheers Griff

Mine isn’t a 979 but if you can wait until tomorrow I can measure it. Im not sure how accurate I’ll be if it’s something weird as the screw is short with a corse pitch.
