Went for a quick sausages, steak and halloumi today. Not quite sure why but can never quite seem to get this little barbecue the right temperature.

Is it too hot or too cold?

Doesn't seem to keep temperature for that long. It's possibly the Weber lumpwood that I'm not that keen on but have been using or possibly just not worked it out yet.
