Sturmey Archer 3/4 speed

Bit unlikely but has anyone got an old (or newer I guess) Sturmey Archer 3 speed or 4 speed hub (AW, FW etc) ALREADY BUILT into a 700c or 27 1 1/4 wheel?

Looking to convert an old track frame to temporary baby-carrying bike for a few years and a Sturmey would be perfect but don't really want to go to the expense of buying bits separate and having a wheel built up if I can avoid it at all.

What's your time frame? I have an SRF3 built onto a Mavic Open Pro. I'm currently using it but its quite worn... Will be looking replace before too long. Probs won't suit given the worn nature anyway...

need it in next month or so ideally as my baby daughter will be getting big enough for the bike baby seat then, but do need it to be reliable so maybe not ideal. Thanks though
