Eg the classic DW-5610, though it’s not fully blacked out in the usual G-Shock sense, merely “black”. I also have another black 5700 special edition that was “90s colours” so it has a few accents but is basically black.

But that’s why these are somewhat unusual, for a while now when they’ve produced an all-black theme they go for the reversed screen.

I don't think it's a must-have. But they don't do many 5700s, and I tend to favour all-black G-shocks with positive screens (rather than the reversed ones they often put on "black-out" models). And if I can sell the 6640 for £200+ then this one was basically free.
