Sorry for not replying earlier been a busy few days. He bought it for 6000€ then installed the correct cranks and bars for that year. With FES bikes the B means it’s for track, 95 the year 1995, 2 is the generation so 2nd generation of the bike and 1 is the size small. The lad is crazy for FES and ddr or Italian track bikes has a huge collection

A mate bought this off German eBay, frame and wheels, missing the correct crankset but it’s coming along nicely
