We are using little greene as it’s way better than F&B and it just so happens some of the colours are from their remix section which is a lot cheaper.
Albany and Tikkaluria would be my ‘budget’ choice for walls and Johnstones aqua guard for satinwood.

The price difference between that and Dulux would probably cover paying someone to do it for you.
It must be possible to get it cheaper, as we had this done recently.
Paint is fabulous. Labour was pricey but the guy was a super professional and took weeks over it.
