Well he is just over 3 minutes behind Thomas, so is definitely a threat if the group he is in gets a big gap.

In theory, yes, but in practice, he's only in that position due to the breakaway stage he won. Can't see him being the kind of threat Rob 'Atch thinks he is.

He was aiming for a top ten on GC before the race started. He's well on track to achieve that.
