Oh hai… been struggling to get my mind in the right place for weight loss again all year, training has been going mostly well but drinking too regularly, and my natural tendency to over eat when training hasn’t been kind to my weight, a combo of getting tendinitis in my ankle (probably as a result of being too heavy), and racing coming up seem to have lit a fire in me..
16/05 81.8kg 24.3% bf and 86cm waist
22/05 79.8kg 23.4% bf and 84 cm waist
Pretty pleased with that on top of 17.5 hours of triathlon training last week, not the strictest keto diet but pretty good, there were a couple of bonks along the way but I always have an emergency gel with me just in case!
