Bit of a dredge I know, but...

What height is best for work surfaces? Table top height (c 70 cm) or higher?

And chems - I mixed some up two years ago, kept them in sealed darkness, will they be okay still?

I'd possibly go a little higher than tabletop height, If I was to build another darkroom I'd go around 85/90cm. It is personal preference though.

As far as the chems go I'd probably mix some fresh up, the stop might be ok but it's probably not worth wasting any paper trying 2 year old chemicals.
