Surly 1 x 1 frameset or bike - small

Small 1 x 1 frameset or most / all of a singlespeed bike. It looks better in the pics. It’s sound but the paint is dull in places but no dents.
This is a really reluctant sale due to not getting a garage I was hoping to get.
I’m happy to sell it with some bling parts or just frameset.
Frame and forks £300, frame / forks, Chris King headset and square taper bottom bracket, £350 plus postage. I‘m in Bristol if you want a proper look.
